WHERE'S THE MS

I'm a 35yr old Australian woman, married, living with my husband in our family home. Somewhere in the middle of these seemingly normal and wonderful things, my Multiple Sclerosis took a turn for the worse. We had two miscarriages, I tested positive for a brain infection virus (progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy - or PML), I was diagnosed with Tuberculosis And, to top it all off - why not throw in a breast biopsy as well.

Shit got really heavy, quickly.

Like it does for sick people like us right?

And guess what: I don't have the answers. I'm no more or less hard done by than you. I was going to share my silver bullet recipe, #lyfehacks for how to stand up, fight back and challenge the notion there is any mess, MS, debilitation, pity or anything but, just another person living their best version of life.

#wheresthems

But then I collapsed.

The mess, the MS, all the crap and drama, it's here. We're in it. Shit things happen to good people all the time, but it doesn't have to hold you back or keep you under. You're not alone, trust me you're in good company.

So if you have a disease or if you're otherwise un-diagnosed but feeling a bit lost, jump on board and get to know yourself.

Life is life. Sick or healthy. Enjoy it xx
